Ben Rosenberg

In 2001, at the age of 19, I bought my first flat; I went to the bank, got a mortgage and got my hands dirty. I planned, demolished, rebuilt, extended, rewired, plastered and decorated the flat on my own. When I was done, I knew what I wanted to be when I grow up - and I knew exactly what my passion is. I went on to study Business and Finance in Copenhagen, and finished my degree with Honours in London

I started working as an Estate Agent in order to fully understand the complex property market. I quickly learnt the ropes, and jumped onto the London property ladder in 2007. Slowly but surely I continued to build my portfolio with a well thought out financial structure. I managed to buy, renovate and refinance all my properties with a very important ethos in mind; creating quality homes which I would want to live in myself. 

I fell in love with each of my projects - I believe that people excel when they do what they love.

I live and breathe project management, and have done so for as long as I can remember; My first experience in leadership and management was when I was serving in the Israeli Defence Force (IDF) as a Basic Training Commander. In my role I strived to excel and I quickly acquired highly valuable management skills and learnt to work well under very tight and strenuous schedules. 

In 2008 I moved to the UK and worked as a project manager at Heathrow Airport for El Al Israeli Airlines. I managed large scale technical projects and acted as the EU Training Manager for specialised technical training. As a part of my role, I had to manage a construction project within the airport terminal which is where I found my great passion for the development and construction industry. 

In 2013 I joined forces with Ben Rosenberg. Together we aim to build beautiful, sustainable and unique projects, and create the kind of homes we would love to live in.
