Ben Rosenberg

In 2001, at the age of 19, I bought my first flat; I went to the bank, got a mortgage and got my hands dirty. I planned, demolished, rebuilt, extended, rewired, plastered and decorated the flat on my own. When I was done, I knew what I wanted to be when I grow up - and I knew exactly what my passion is. I went on to study Business and Finance in Copenhagen, and finished my degree with Honours in London

I started working as an Estate Agent in order to fully understand the complex property market. I quickly learnt the ropes, and jumped onto the London property ladder in 2007. Slowly but surely I continued to build my portfolio with a well thought out financial structure. I managed to buy, renovate and refinance all my properties with a very important ethos in mind; creating quality homes which I would want to live in myself. 

I fell in love with each of my projects - I believe that people excel when they do what they love.

For as long as I can remember, I have lived and breathed project management. One of my greatest passions is listening to new ideas and envisioning how I can turn them into reality, down to the smallest detail.

In my role, I have always strived for excellence. While working on construction sites I acquired highly valuable management skills and learned to work effectively under tight and demanding schedules. My favourite milestone in a project is the day before the photoshoot; this is when I can see how a building site has transformed into a space that truly feels like a home.

Ben and I have worked together since 2013, sharing a deep love for design. Together, we strive to create beautiful, sustainable, and unique projects - homes we would love to live in ourselves.
